Ordering your tax, W-2 or 1099 transcripts is easy and takes only minutes. Up to 2 years Tax Transcripts (1040, 1040EZ or 1120), W-2s or 1099s are typically delivered within 48 hours. We review and track your request from start to finish and your total cost is only $26.95 for up to 2 years of records.

Step One - Select the appropriate link below. Complete the request form online using your "Tab" key to navigate between the entry fields.

Step Two - Simply print, sign and email or fax your request - that's it. You'll receive an email confirming that we've received your request, reviewed it to make sure its complete and correct, and it's in process. Once your records are retrieved, they are emailed to you as a password secured PDF or can be faxed or sent via US mail if you prefer.
