announces the end of support for Genesis 2000® and
Contour™
Ellie Mae, will end support for Genesis 2000® and Contour™. Effective March 31,
2008, No further updates to Genesis
and Contour platforms will be made. “We have succeeded at upgrading the bulk of
our legacy clients so that we can make Encompass our single software platform
and concentrate future development on our strongest solution” said Richard E.
Roof, Ellie Mae Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships. Over
150,000 mortgage professionals use Encompass including two-thirds of the nation’s top 300
brokers.
LoanAce
free loan origination software
 Credit
Technologies is pleased our products and services are now available through the

Credit
Technologies data now accepted by Countrywide
Mortgage brokers now
have the ability to import and use existing Credit Technologies credit reports
for many Countrywide products. This largely eliminates the cost of
having to purchase an additional LandSafe credit report and the chance of a
negative impact to your applicants FICO score.
Brokers must have Countrywide DO Lender sponsorship and have access to DO
(either via DO on the Web or via their LOS interface with Fannie Mae).
This change applies to all FNMA products but may
not include CW exclusive products (such as Fast & Easy or most "Stated"
products.) In these cases, CW may still require the file be run through CLUES
and a LandSafe credit report be purchased.
Point®
users gain credit card payment option
A just released update to the Point LOS now allows the use of a credit card to
pay for credit services at the time of the request. This provides another
billing option to simplify accounting.
Experian business credit reports online
Business credit reports are often needed for self-employed applicants, by
mortgage brokers when establishing lender relationships, or applying with FHA.
Experian business credit reports are now available online through Credit
Technologies. To order, simply
login
to your
account and
select Order>Business Credit Report. The reports are returned in seconds.

Score List now includes Credit Assure projections
The CT Score List tool now includes Credit Assure projections
sample report.
This enables you to quickly review all credit files ordered throughout your
organization and in seconds, locate files that can be easily improved through
rescoring (often 30% or more.) Higher FICO scores may be also available in
minutes through the Alchemy Score Remodeling process.
To run
a Score List, simply
login to your account
and select
Main>Lists>Credit Score List
