This Site and the services offered through it are intended exclusively for mortgage industry professionals, financial institutions, and authorized Credit Technologies members operating within the United States. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are authorized to act on behalf of the entity you represent. Consumer borrowers are not the intended users of this Site or CTI's direct services.
Credit Technologies, Inc. is an FCRA-regulated consumer reporting agency. By accessing credit report data, tri-merge reports, or any consumer credit information through CTI's platform or services, you certify that:
(a) You have a permissible purpose under Section 604 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681b) for each consumer report you request or access;
(b) You will use consumer report information only for the permissible purpose stated at the time of request;
(c) You will not use consumer report information in violation of any federal or state law, including but not limited to the FCRA, the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA);
(d) You will maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect consumer report information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
If you are a registered CTI member with access to the Credit Insight portal or related services, you agree to: maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with unauthorized parties; notify CTI immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account; accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials; and comply with all applicable federal and state laws governing the use of consumer credit information.
CTI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to maintain current membership, or engage in any activity that CTI reasonably believes may expose it to legal liability.
You agree not to use the Site, CTI's services, or any consumer report information for the following purposes:
(a) Credit repair activities or assisting consumers in disputing accurate information on their credit reports through deceptive or fraudulent means;
(b) Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or sharing of consumer credit data with third parties who lack a permissible purpose;
(c) Scraping, crawling, data mining, or automated extraction of content or data from this Site or CTI's platforms;
(d) Trigger lead marketing or any practice designed to identify and contact consumers who have recently had their credit pulled, except through CTI's authorized Trigger Proof program;
(e) Any use that violates FCRA, FACTA, ECOA, GLBA, or any other applicable federal or state law;
(f) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to CTI's systems, networks, or other members' accounts.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the design and arrangement thereof, is the property of Credit Technologies, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Score Express, BestQualify, SoftQualify, ScoreNavigator, Vision, Trigger Proof, Credit Insight, and Comply+ are trademarks or service marks of Credit Technologies, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent from CTI.
Credit report data provided through CTI's services is sourced from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. While CTI employs rigorous quality controls, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by the credit bureaus. CTI is not responsible for errors originating from bureau data sources. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of credit information as required by applicable law.
CTI offers an AI-powered assistant ("Jarvis") on this Site to provide general information about our products and services. Jarvis is not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or credit counselor. Responses generated by Jarvis are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, financial, or compliance advice. Conversations with Jarvis may be recorded and reviewed to improve service quality. You should not share sensitive personal information, account credentials, or consumer credit data through the Jarvis chat interface.

CTI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, failure to maintain membership obligations, non-payment, FCRA violations, misuse of consumer credit data, or any activity that CTI reasonably believes could expose it to legal or regulatory liability. Upon termination, your right to access consumer credit data through CTI's platform ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Oakland County, Michigan. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees in any arbitration proceeding, except as otherwise provided by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Statement and any applicable membership agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Credit Technologies, Inc. regarding your use of the Site.
